What: Small groups of up to people meet to share and find solutions to their current challenges.
When: Meetings are held once a week. Core meetings last about 60-90 minutes. Satellite meetings last 30-45 minutes.
Who: Anyone interested in creating a new opportunity for themselves.
Where: Wherever’s convenient for you. On the couch or on the beach. We meet virtually via video conferencing.

Who is in the group? Groups are open to anyone, however members should be advanced in their career with an interest creating a change in their life .
What happens during meetings? Each meeting team members provide each other, with advice, connections and support on each others projects. Each member has the opportunity to peak every meeting.
What topics are covered? Members come to each meeting with topics they want to discuss, things they may need help with and updates on progress they’ve made since the last meeting.
What is the commitment? Members should be prepared to participate in all meetings, show up on time, and be an active participant by sharing and contributing to the group.
How many people are in the group? It depends on the weekly attendance.Break otu rooms are used to keep groups small and meaningful
What are the rules? Members need to be respectful. Harassment (this includes the use of profanity). Controversial topics, such as politics, religion or sex should not be discussed.
Is it confidential? What is shared in the group should stay in the group and members privacy should be expected, however it cannot be guaranteed.
What’s the refund policy? Membership is monthly. You may cancel at any time. If you are a Pay It Forward member, you are only responsible for the number of months you attended.
